Pauline Thude is a Certified Property Manager, with over twenty years experience in managing multi-family housing buildings. Her experience covers the entire State of Texas. Her management portfolio has included all property types from extreme deferred maintenance to class “A” and those in between. She is dedicated in remaining educated in all areas relating to amendments, ordinances, government and non-government issues directly impacting the industry.

Since Productive Property Management’s inception, she has become proficient in working with the individual property owners and their specialized needs.

In addition, she has successfully completed several project renovations ranging in size from forty units to over six hundred units. Many of the renovations entailed major conversions, changes and upgrades of both exterior and interiors. She specializes in turnkey construction and because of her education in property management, she has the ability to combine both fields together meeting objectives and delivering results.

Pauline Thude is accomplished in achieving the various goals of her clients and it is her philosophy that all projects should be analyzed individually, whereby intelligent strategies are designed and implemented to obtain the success of each project.

In 1993 Pauline Thude and Betty Wallace established a subsidiary corporation operating under the name Meridian Investment Realty. Meridian is a full service brokerage firm specializing in investment real estate. Pauline Thude is the Principal broker for Meridian Investments and maintains a wide client base throughout the country. Since Meridian’s inception over a billion dollars in property transactions have been completed.

Meridian Investment Realty was established to provide income property brokerage services to individual and institutional investors nationwide. The firm’s principals and associates have a wide degree of experience in the brokerage function, including acquisition analysis, due diligence, management and disposition of income properties. In this process they have established a reputation for professionalism and integrity that has attracted a large number of clients. The firm’s area of particular specialization is in multi-family apartment communities, however, they have broad experience with other property types including, office, shopping centers, industrial and developmental land.
