BACKGROUND AND HISTORY OF FIRM

Productive Property Management, Inc. has been in business since 1984 and specializes in the management of multi-family and condominium management. Productive Property Management has one office which is located in Houston, Texas. The two principal owners of this firm are Pauline Thude and Betty F. Wallace. Pauline Thude has over 20 years experience in the field of property management and Betty Wallace has over 30 years experience. The principals are certified by the Institute of Real Estate Management and they are considered experts in this field.

Since in inception of Productive Property Management in 1984, the firm has successfully managed over 50,000 units. We have also completed all phases of construction for the renovation of a large number of properties.

Productive Property Management’s clients include private investors, limited partnerships, financial institutions and REITs. The company is an approved contractor for FDIC. Other affiliations include Houston Apartment Association (HAA) Texas Apartment Association (TAA), Community Associations Institutes (CAI), Houston Board of Realtors (HBOR) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

CURRENT PORTFOLIO

Productive Property Management is currently managing approximately 2500 units throughout the State of Texas.

CENTRAL OFFICE

Support services would be provided from Productive’s office located at 2900 Wilcrest, Suite 325, Houston, Texas 77042. We are centrally located and manage properties throughout Texas.

SUPPORT STAFF

A project supervisor would be assigned to your community to handle all questions and requests, which eliminates confusion and allows you to discuss matters with the same person on a regular basis. One bookkeeper would be designated from the staff to handle all accounting and end of the month reports.

INSURANCE

Our firm and employees are fully insured for General Liability as well as a Fidelity Bond.
